I agree Susan. Animals want to be treated with respect just like humans. I have seen "turns" in behavior with positive reinforcement.

Yes so true and when a Dog is calm the trainer sure Rants about it and you don’t see the dog Pants because he is stressed and nervous. Instead he’s as calm as a cucumber!
