That is interesting that you can not process fructose. Glenn can not handle cane sugar. Between the two of you, we have sugars covered. It's the roll of the "dice" as to who will be able to process different types of sugar.

Yes, Linda, sugars are a problem. Honey is pure fructose so it is out for me, too. So are sugar replacements like Stevia, Erythritol and Monkfruit. Sorry Glenn can't have cane sugar. It's better knowing what makes us react though so we can make wise choices.
Judith, maybe we can have some sort of competition to see who gets to choose what we do. Won't that be nice?

We do not buy rice milk because it does not come unsweetened but it would be great in a drink for us. I prefer regular cow or goat milk myself because rice and oat milk both taste starchy to me and I imagine have more carbs too. Those who are sensitive to milk products are glad to "dine" on food made with plant milk.

Let's include Marilyn with our group of four to dine together. Since we are so far away, we can not yell to communicate with each other - maybe the "ding" of a bell would be easier to hear to get our attention when we want to talk.

I hope that all of these bells, singing, and jinging are not causing a cacophony of sounds. We will need to have a tuning fork to make sure we are all in tune. We will all stand shoulder to shoulder in a "ring" making beautiful music after we dine together.

We really do need to be in tune when we are singing. When everyone is in perfect harmony I am mesmerized. It it like the song that was popular in 1935 (way before our time) that said "zing" went the strings of my heart".
