Just remember: ez does it, especially if you're surgical recovery person! i.e. not 1,000,000 Calorie deficits per day!!!!

Hamsters and hamster management! You have to be a very special person, of course. Not everyone can have hamsters ;-) But SOME of us have little hamsters running around in our brains on their little treadmills powering our thought processes! Every one of them deciding what we are going to do! And generally all of them agreeing that MOAR FOODZ is always better!!!! It's like a regular zoo! Now. We have to introduce the accounting hamsters…. and the management hamsters. In honour of BELLA we probably have to have Management Accounting hamsters!!!! And the supervisory hamster(s) get to put the whole circus into some semblance of managed order!!!! Telling the other hamsters that they can have whatever they wantβ€”but not whenever they want it or as often as they want it or in the quantity they would (potentially) want to have it!

Of course that doesn't stop other people from having artistic hamsters with little color palettes and canvasses painting the SacrΓ©-Coeur in the Montmarte, or possibly swans in foggy weather! :) But no gauloises for them hamsters!

thank God for the few artistic hamsters that I have because those little furry ones seem to be pretty subdued after a solid round of painting … the other ones though … I just don’t know about those ones, PAV

they do seem easier to control when spun around on a wheel for a while … and that’s getting easier these days 🀞🏻

are you getting some spring weather there in your neck of the woods? How is walking for you when you’re all hyped up on your noodle juice??? 😁

What is weather? 🀯🀣🀣🀣 Walkies are subdued... time, companion limits, and trying to be responsible

Not sure where all the extra blank posts are coming from. I'm not creating them intentionally. My previous generated two extra blank posts.... and I'm basically writing this by editing the first of the two

We’re into almost summer! Mid 80s maybe 90s next week. Spring was a week in February.

Can't imagine. I'm enjoying our weather right now - bouncing all over temperatures up and down, some really grey wet days, but it feels so exciting :) I will not ask you about going for walks. Not with those creatures in your corner of the world.

Today, everything was double posting in the tracker - so odd.

    Tangerine & 1-1/2c gr beans. 2 bunnies

lotsa cabbage lately. Cooked and/or raw with vinaigrette. Hubby went to the grocery store alone and guess what was on sale?

    Go bargain cabbage!

Plain baked potato! Traces of veggies and beans in a Wendy's chili which was upended on said potato..... traces of green olives and hot peppers on a slice of pizza.... it's a no bunnies day.... but I did bring upstairs a bag of harvest veggies for tomorrow!

Good golly creatures! Both are frightening. We do have some coyotes around here on occasion, but biggest problem is the big aggressive dogs with not so bright owners, and the lost souls wandering around our parks and streets in this ongoing opiod crisis and their providers :(

But inside my tummy are lots of bunnies :)

πŸ‡πŸ‡πŸ‡πŸ‡πŸ‡ πŸ‡ - finally made smoothies! two bananas, 3 wee clementines for breakfast and some random bits bobbing in my curry soup.

Cabbage! Might just have to pick on of those babies up before the cabbage season ends :)

In desperation the other day broke out the box of diced peaches. I check at Costco the dole peaches in juice and everything they are Greece I buy and skip when China unless desperate.

250g two days in a row so 3 bunnies of peaches a day. Yesterday 500g bag of California mix and three crave tv dinners. Today have a 750g bag of "harvest vegetables" from compliments on deck.

House cleaning is a good little calorie burner!!!!🀣

Couldn’t hurt to try that housecleaning more often? It is boring and repetitive though.

385g "harvest veggies" earlier in the day. Random girlie "spring mix" salad with baby tomatoes plus traces of avocado and seaweed ;-) I am calling it four bunnies and will go cry later.

if chocolate halva(h) (39g) and 57.5g of sesame with pistachios in honey not quite dried to a snap (a soft snap if that makes any sense) count for something other than calories…. let me know! :-)

That's what I'm sayin - it's all plant origins! Even honey from pollen! Lol

Sesame with big on the complete protein front! :)

Yesterday was a bit crazy - I had a surprise birthday party (a strange one since it turned out I was hosting :) )

2 clementine bunnies, maybe 2 bunnies of potato soup, 3 in a smoothie, 2 or 3 of asparagus and tomatoes and the strawberries on the cake :) and the watermelon Ontario son brought :)

Actually the day looks better when I stop at the counting bunny front :)

    πŸ‡πŸ‡πŸ‡πŸ‡πŸ‡ πŸ‡ πŸ‡ πŸ‡πŸ‡πŸ‡+

Too bad calories count too :(

    Birthday is not until tomorrow.

Going to be a dangerous couple of days, week. But I do feel very loved :) 🧑

Thank you, Yakky and Yooly! :)

Yesterday, Melany, a spitfire of a woman and a wonderful friend came by with a beautiful little 2 person cake, slices of pizza and the most beautiful flowers πŸ’ž She has a flower farm here in Ontario - which is hard to imagine with the winters. Her greenhouses have been full of amazing tulips for over a month. And it was so nice to see them - and her of course.

She returned Saturday from a visit in your neck of woods, Yooly. She spoke at a flower growers conference in Austin then went all over enjoying the rugged terrain, and caves and the South by Southwest music festival. With all the political stuff she was a bit hesitant about going State side - but she was presenting and everything was booked long ago. She said she had an amazing time and everyone in Texas was so warm and friendly.

    Happy birthday Laurie!!!!

Do Lentils and Beans count as bunnies?

If so I had all the bunnies yesterday. White beans, cucumber, avocado, mixed greens, lentils, bell pepper, carrots, cauliflower rice… That may be it? Maybe?

why not Athijade? I think if it’s a plant πŸͺ΄- then it’s a bunny! Now some bunnies are starchier/more calories but bunnies nevertheless.
