I did listen some more in the Jamie Ogle book. The only thing that I don't like is that she uses modern phrases at times and that confuses me, especially at the start of the story - makes me think she's travelled back in time! That's what I get for reading fantasy stories - I think they are all like that! LOL! I do like that era of story. Not the biblical re-tells, but the historical ones are good!
I'm farther along in the Amy Carmichael bio, and I did read more in one of my fantasy reads.

I am continuing with the Jill Penrod series. I really like the books and the redemption factors in the books, but there is a slight bit of slang in them. I have returned all of my KU books and am trying to get through this series (11 books) before it runs out.
I checked and I can get one free month, then pay for a month and cancel, but I think I will just cancel and see what happens. There are so many YouTube books, library books and everand books that I think I can take a little break. Last month I more than paid for Kindle Unlimited, but there were months that I felt like I had to quit reading library books to get my money's worth out of KU. I only have 10,061 books. I can surely enjoy some of those.0
