Not sure that Laura will calm your foot! But good to know that you cooperate with keeners.... as long as you right pace yourself, keep good form, avoid injuries etc 😎 I still think mooring with puppies is the cat's meow as compared to (any) Shabnams... but it could be that I'm just jelly!🤯

A friend came over this evening to celebrate her passing the final exam to complete her insurance licensing. We drank a wee bit of prosecco in the garden - around a candle because I wasn't quite set up for a fire - and it is only Tuesday after all! But I don't think it was just the prosecco that made me outright giggle at this post, PAV. It is funny sounding!!2 -

For me, anything I do to keep these rheumy, aged & creeky joints going …. so “Shuffling” along in this regimed manner is good!
In between the programme, I try & do some beginners HITT or Pilates …. Owt I can find on Tinternet! Does really help!Just got to sort the eating out…. 🤭
I can’t wait til Mutt is back to par & we can go walking in the “ back garden” AKA the Moor!

Two weeks later & repeating the week 4…. As cannot even contemplate the week 5 of running (shuffling) for 20 mins …all at once… 😳😉….. yesterday was repeat day 2 …. plan is to get day 3 in tomorrow and start week 5 on Monday …. Well that is the plan🤣

Weight gone up over last two days! Significance - absolutely none! Excercised every day this week alternating shuffling & HITT/ weight training - certainly not eaten an extra 15,000 kcals this week 🤔🤔

My shuffling friend, Shabs, has injured her knee & pulled out of a shuffle with Laura tonight, but assures me we are on for tomorrow…. She is antinflammed up & splinted. Hope she is ok, or I’ll miss her keeping me going…
