THAT'S
a
LOT
of
DIGGING!!!!
(Similar in quantity to me trying to "explain" myself to "non male" friends tsk tsk tsk )1 -
Well let me see how to.... explain this.... first rule of digging..... hmmm, something about quitting and shoveling ππ€£ or was it shoveling and quitting? π€π€― See, by the time I manage to figure all the complicated stuff out .... I've usually dug myself in at least as deep as Bella's root ball! πͺ3

Well thereβs two options PAV. Climb out of the hole and run like hell. Or keep digging until you find what you need.3
-
Ha! Wish I could figure out the running but I only do fast walking π I'm sort of an easily captured audience!π€£2

I like this, Yooly. Sometimes you just have to push through and after much confusion and miscommunications that kernel of truth will shine! I'm sure that you are full of shiny golden kernels, PAV.

For a second I thought your mutt was a "hip" dogie... but then I figured out that your hip wants to play dodge ball on you!
s'ok. Mine wants me to go on a no-eat diet where she gets everything on my plate!
Now blue light turned down and off to zzz's land for ms tea!3 -

I seem to be able to control eating better when not exercising. If I go a week without the gym Iβm able to be in control.
Days I go to the gym Iβm ravenous and will eat everything in sight. All day. I donβt burn that many calories at the gym - 300 calories tops! All I can figure out is fatigue? I have to be extra careful on gym days or I totally lose it.
But I need to exercise for multiple physical reasons. Itβs just a constant battle.

Yooly - you may have hit it with "fatigue" - that is one of my biggest triggers for over eating. Can you build in a "lie down" - if not a nap on gym days?2

Fatigue not good for me not overeating1

But I donβt feel all that exhausted. I just feel like eating the whole kitchen. Itβs a quandary!3 -
-
Went to the gym this morning after a week off. Lock up the kitchen! Iβll try to manage the uncontrollable urges to eat everything in sight. ππ₯Ίπ±1

I've been increasing my intentional and NEAT activity recently, but today was a tad excessive!
I walked 14, 000 steps, did 3 solid hours of heavy digging and rode 20 miles on the trainer at threshold intensity. I need to nip this in the bud, because I can hear alarm bells ringing!
That said, today was an exceptional day, so perhaps I don't need to worry...3
