Hardly any sleep. Maybe 4 hours, but I'm going to do yoga and start my day.

"I think you could have RMS. Galveston isn’t that far away from you???"

Yeah, Yooly, but gotta work 😓

I might hit up Galveston next year. I'm thinking of taking an actual vacation (not church stuff, mission trip, etc) next year and doing a little Southeast Texas tour.

Work! I must admit RMS that I don’t miss it. I wondered what I’d do with all my free time but honestly I find my days are very full.

Rough day with food. Day started ok and I was within target, but dinner happened and I ate double calories. Tomorrow's a new day.

Maybe take a little time to figure out the “why”? Did you restrict too much during the day? Over tired? Knowing why sometimes is very helpful in not doing an overeat again…..

Grumpy day for me today. Didn't sleep well last night, and am on day 10 of 12 straight for work (was on call last weekend.) And tonight and tomorrow are going to be late nights - getting home 8pm or later. Can't wait for this weekend!

So sorry RMS! I find the overtired/lack of sleep/anxiety situation to be fraught with overeating pitfalls. My brain somehow imagines stuffing myself with food (usually of the crappy kind) is going to make me feel better??

Hope you have a chance to rest soon!

My brain don't imagine nothing. But it sure is one of the situations where I polish off some of the biggest overages ever!

    Especially when driving back home.

One of my occasionally successful containment strategies is to accept that the day will not be good but avoid complete disaster.

So Wendy's plain baked potato with a chili dumped on top (large one sometimes) followed by a vanilla cone at mcd's 🤯

Obviously the ~1100 Cal will wipe any deficit and put me in an overage, but hopefully the combination gets me home and no longer in a consuming mood, averting 2K+ overages from the cookie aisle 🤷‍♂️

How’s the healing ❤️‍🩹 going Mr. PAV? Mobility? Scars?

Yoolpr your so right. My lack of sleep yesterday was no doubt why I over ate.

Did much better today with 8 hrs. of sleep.

Work was difficult and my schedule is changing again. Going from 6am start to a 10am start.

Logging again is what will help me lose again.

    Here's to tomorrow!

Will almost be healed by Dr visit tomorrow! 😎

Some pull still on the hamstring and not quite up to leading with left leg up or down stairs.

    Some typing impairment

Resting HR still up 4 from pre incident (max was up 8 on Monday) but steadily falling back towards "normal"

No dog walks for a full week if tomorrow night also gets missed.... all had to be farmed out. Because a bit too unsteady to also have a drag along pup-ssidy.

Maybe Friday or Saturday night back at it if improvements continue

You’re a fast healer Mr. PAV! But don’t push your luck with the doggy. Give it some time….

    I messed up.

I ate way too much yesterday before my weekly shot. Today I am paying for it with severe food aversion and nausea. Can barely even get water down or take my supplements. I was still under my max calories (I aim between 1500 and 2000 so I am not undereating), but apparently the amount of food I ate or the combination is not playing well in my stomach.

Yes I’ve heard from family members that the shots aren’t permission to overeat. Or overeat certain foods. Hope you feel better soon Athijade!

First excursion post wipe out. You would think I would get a discount? Nope. Princess was thankfully slow. But insisted on just over 2 hours, not under! Thankfully between sniffing and showering in the downpour and discussing visiting a coyote den in the forest or catching some mice or a rat or a cat and rolling in the soccer field at the top of the hill we only covered 5.12km +/- due to how GPS acts.

Princess has you well trained Mr. PAV. I’m not a doggy owner - never had one - but I would have yanked her leash after a mile. Pee\poop now and go home especially in a cold rain!
