    I think this will help my boost my weight loss, I feel like I am stuck. I just bought banish fat boost metabolism and will try it out tonight, I hope this helps. I have only been losing like a pound or two a month. :grumble:

    I'm in! I think this will be a perfect motivator to help me stay on track for the holidays. I am traveling over the next few weeks, and was already dreading not being able to get to my gym. I was contemplating starting P90X so that I could take the DVDs on the road with me. Jillian rocks too, so I am looking forward to this challenge.

    Count me in. Just got the last of the 3 DVDs and tried 30 DS. Oh boy, :-) I'm sore heehee, but I will manage all 30 days.
    Anyone else 50+ taking on this challenge?

    I botched the ripped in 30 challenge after the 30 day shred. But I sure need you guys in order for me to get it done, so I'm down for this one!!

    This program will make it 3 months straight of Jillian...I must be insane! That being said, I'm excited for this. I think I might get her yoga dvd as well and throw that in once in a while. I'll be starting a day or two late becuase I'm leaving Sunday to drive home for the holidays and it will take a couple days. But, I'll get caught up.

    I would always love to join in again. This will be my 3rd time around, and I like it. Always late to finish previous workout (ripped) but still focusing to move on and do it all at the same time.Still have to do 6 more workout of week 4 in ripped. but I will start the day 1 in this challenge. 30 DS here we go again!

    180 cals per HRM, mixed 5 and 8# weights

    But I forgot how much I hate the soundtrack on Shred, lol.

    Tomorrow I'm going to do Level 3 instead of Level 2 cause I loathe level 2.

    Day 1 done! Now I can do regular push up, I think this time around is a bit easier to me. I'm still catching up with ripped but 4 more days then I'm done with it.

    Start weight : 151.9

    log it as circuit training or callisthenics. It';s around 180-184 cals

    Hoping my dvd's come today!!!! Home with a cold/flu, but don't feel horrible. I am gonna do a workout if it kills me!

    Depends on your weight--I'd log it under Circuit Training item on MFP.

    Day 1 done~Wow!!!

    I used the cardio database for circuit training. Seems a bit high, but that's the only thing I have to rely on right now. I need a HRM!!!
