Zumba calorie burn
I find this hard to believe. I'm 331 lbs today. Zumba says about 400 calories. I'm guessing there are many factors involved like, do you actually do all the hopping up and down or do you just 2 step and wave your arms about like a beached sea animal <. LOL.

What's my Activity Level?
So going off descriptions, I am Not Very active as I sit at a desk most days. But I don't see a place to input how much exercise I am doing throughout the day as I am going out for walks at minimum twice a day for 10-15 minutes. But I can also be more active either in quantity of walks or duration

September 1: my regular stretching routine, 25 minutes September 2: the same, 24 minutes September 3: again early morning stretching routine, 22 minutes.
