Help with Calorie deficiency
I'm trying to figure out if what I'm doing is good for weightloss. According to my weight goal on MFP it says I should be taking in 2500 calories a day. Today I am around 1100 intake and a net of 300. Should I up my intake or just roll with it? I feel good and my hunger is satisfied.

I work out at Orange Theory and your app does not let me log in really good exercise information from my workouts. Tracking my exercises
I'm a member of F45 and cannot figure out the best way to log my exercises. We do so many different movement in a 45 minute span it's impossible to track. Any suggestions.

The present version allows users to either add or not add calories burned during exercise to the daily allowance. It would be helpful to allow the option of adding just percentage of calories burned during exercise.
