Hi all,

I'm on a goal to lose sixty pounds and have already gotten twenty off, mostly by reducing how much food I've eaten and passing time at the gymnasium & logging both the diet and the exercise here.

I do think that myfitnesspal helps with my weight loss, and if I had a scale the regular feedback would do me even more well. Nevertheless, at monthly measures as I do now and a physical in a few monthd, I anticipate getting to my goal and having a clean health report when their times arrive!
