I Need Accountability
I’ve lost the motivation to keep working at my goals. My baby was born 6 months ago and my goal was to return to the level of fitness I had before I got pregnant. I am there, but I’m falling back into my old habits. Late night snacking and negative emotions around food throughout the day are a problem for me. There isn’t…

How do I stop myself from failing?
I gained weight during COVID lockdowns - about 15kg (35ish pounds) so I now weigh in at 70kg (155 pounds). When I was at my happiest weight-wise I was around 55kg (120 pounds) so would really like to get back to that. I'm only 158cm (5foot3ish) so the extra weight is quite obvious and its mainly in my arms and stomach.…

Today is the First Day of the rest of this Girls Life...
At 57 years old I am restarting this journey today. I’ve decided that I’ve got to take control of what has happened to my body and health over the last 10 years of constant weight gain due to aging/menopause. I’m not a sweets eater but I do love my wine and bigger portions. Also pasta and rice… Having had a Mom who would…

Note to self - you need to do more work!
I lost 65 pounds in about a year. I was at my goal of a healthy BMI. Then I thought I could ease up a little to see if I could maintain my weight. I couldn't. Slowly but surely my weight crept up and up. Each time I saw a gain or felt the clothes get tighter I thought, it's okay, I will just start again on (fill in…

Are YOU on a fitness journey and want support? Me to....
I was on this site years ago and had good luck tracking calories, lifting, running and just getting fit. A lot has happened since then. I battled alcoholism, a heart aneurism, gained weight and now I have a beautiful baby girl. I quit drinking about 2 years ago before my girl was born, but couldn't find my fitness bug…

Pandemic Weight gain 🙁
Hi! I'm Viva, I'm new here. Over the last two years I have gained 12kgs. Been trying unsuccessfully to lose the weight over the last few months but struggling to stay consistent. Hi! Back on the wagon (again)
I wouldn't say I'm a yo-yo dieter, because I've been heavy most of my life. I once lost 60 pounds on WW, but then gained it all back over a course of time. Had some minor set backs with health and am just feeling crappy. I like to say menopause and the pandemic have not been kind to me since I have a job where I sit all…

Learning the Macros Game
I recently met with a nutritionist and learned that even with eating in a calorie deficit my body was not losing weight very well. I've got a plan in place and tracking my macros is the #1 goal. I'm 33, 155lbs aiming for 125lbs. I have a decent chunk of fluff to lose. I'm pretty active as I have a small plot of land and…

Good morning all!
Although I am not new to this app, I am new to this username 😂 Having never popped onto the community section before, I chose today as the day to come in and wave my arms at everyone!! 👐🏻👐🏻 Steadily I have crept up in weight over the last 3 years (the pandemic really didn’t help 😯) Now is the “summer of my discontent”, I…

Starting a new journey - Couch to Marathon
In 2013, I lost my wife aged just 21 to Ovarian Cancer. She was a professional footballer, and we were both in great shape. That year I ran the Great Manchester Run - 10k without any specific training. Fast forward 9 years, and life has hit me in the midriff. Working to provide for our 2 children meant things like…
