Back to square one

Hi all,

I'm a previous user of MFP. I had success last time around. I find it great for keeping track of what I eat. My goal now is to drop 2 kg of body fat. I'm just finding it impossible this time around to motivate myself. Finding my exercise motivation as well as my dietary discipline. I find if I have a buddy it helps me stay accountable. Is anyone else struggling to start back into a regime??
