Actually I’m a long term member but have just upgraded to Premium so that I could get more of a fully rounded program. I have gained 15 pounds over the last 6 months and I can’t seem to lose any of it. I need a community to support me in my goal. If you’re eating less than 1500 calories, you’re not healthy.
