Starting over need someone to buddy with to keep me on track

Hi everyone, I'm Shirley. I've been a yoyo dieter pretty much all of my adult life, since about 2018/19 throw in some serious binging. It's always sweet food, never savoury. I'm 57 and really need to loose a couple of stone, for my knees. I'm done with point counting, eating by colours and the very low carb thing and just want to make good healthy choices in the right quantities. Hoping someone out there with similar issues will want to buddy up.

    Welcome to MFP. I also tend to binge, at night. I find pre-logging my entire day to be very helpful to stay on track. Have a look at my diary if you need some ideas.
