Hi everyone, been on this journey for sometime now,7 years to be exact. 5 years ago I had my son after I had him it was very very very hard to lose weight. He was my fourth child and I was past the age of 35. 3years ago I decided to give it my all. I went from 250 plus to 194 and then the pandemic hit. So I kept it off for a while but it eventually climbed back and I would toggle between 215-219. Sooo I’m back at it again and I’m now 202 from 219 in the summertime of last year.

@tsweett31 I'm right there with you. I had my fourth child at 42, and it has been a lot harder to lose weight and maintain it. Six years later at 49 I'm starting on this journey too at 220lbs.0
