Can we adjust the individual macros on a food item without making a custom entry? For example, an English muffin contains 4gms of protein, 1 gram of fat, and 25gm of carbs. How to track more nutrients?
Is there a way to track more nutrients and vitamines (like on Cronometer)? Is this available in the full version? I see I am consistently not getting enough iron and Vit. A and wonder now about other nutrients.
