myfitnesspal calorie and macro-tracker helped me lose weight, then stopped working ?

Hi Guys, last year I came across myfitnesspal, wrote down my goals, started logging every food I eat, and monitored nutrients and calories, which did help me lose weight up to a certain point. I was happy with the results. Then broke my diet for about two week due to a trip abroad, came back started again logging the food and monitored the calories, but it worked for a short period, after which I stopped losing weight, despite following everything I did earlier (i.e calorie deficit and following macros ) which helped me lose weight initially. I am not sure where am I going wrong this time

As you lose weight using the mfp guided set up, you should readjust the set up tovrefleft your current weight and desired rate of loss. A good rule of thumb is to change the guided set up at every ten pounds lost or gained or if you want to change rate of loss, go to maintenance or gain weight.
If you are petite, older, and female, mfp will not give you any less than 1,200 calories per day. This may result in a slower weight loss but protects your health by reducing the likelihood of deficiencies. If male, mfp will give you no less than 1,500 calories.
Suggest that you use your current weight in the guided set up, check your food entries, weigh to the gram and patiently follow the advice in the set up for 6 weeks then readjust calories. As you near your ideal weight,?the rate of loss will naturally slow. Please remember that weight loss is not linear and your body weight fluctuates due to water weight, food waste, hormones, stress and alcohol.
