Recipes not available on webapp
Hi, I've filled a support request regarding not being able to load the Recipe page on the webapp and I've not had any updates from the support team. Has anybody else had issues when clicking that menu item? My browser dev tools report a 500 error when trying to retrieve the recipe_parser file which suggests there is a…

So I logged for the first time today and I'm double the suggested calories. I'm new, names Michelle from Pennsylvania, and I've chosen the fasting 14:10 plan. I'm crossing my fingers. Anyone have any suggestions?

Ability to put a bright green checkmark next to each food that is logged
I was thinking it would really be nice because I put all of my food for the day into MFP in advance that a bright green checkmark next to each listed and logged food item will be so nice to have so I can check off what I have eaten so far in the day at a glance. I think that would be very valuable.

New Here! Undereating
Hi everyone! I’m confused because i weighed 150-153 for 15 years, and returned to that weight easily after my first child 5 years ago. It’s now 3 years after my second child, and i can’t get below 160lbs. I’ve lost the same ten pounds (170-160) four times, and each time i hit 160, i feel tired and hungry. This time, I also…

Suggested calorie intake with Apple Watch tracking
I am trying to work out the best way to track what my calorie intake should be. I have a very physical job, window cleaning, which involves carrying ladders, climbing up and down ladders to clean windows. If I track this as “other” on Apple Watch, It averages about 2000 calorie burn per day. I also do cardio and strength…

Question about logging Calcium
Hello! I’m a long-time user, but always tracked just calories. I’m 64 years old, and was diagnosed with osteopenia, so I’m starting to track macros and calcium. When I set my goals, the calcium is set up as % of DV. I made it 120% of DV, but then in my food diary, the calcium seems to be logging as mg. I had half a serving…

Help with Calorie deficiency
I'm trying to figure out if what I'm doing is good for weightloss. According to my weight goal on MFP it says I should be taking in 2500 calories a day. Today I am around 1100 intake and a net of 300. Should I up my intake or just roll with it? I feel good and my hunger is satisfied.

Edit a scanned food to create custom food
I often can't leverage the barcode scanner feature because the calories are not accurate based on the method my nutritionist recommends (fatx9, carbx4, proteinx4). This makes a key Premium feature basically useless for me unfortunately, and my custom foods list is long and hard to use. I'd love to be able to scan and then…

People taking weight loss drugs
Hi folks. Just curious. If you are taking one of the weight loss drugs are you still logging and counting calories? and if so how many calories are you actually consuming a day. Does it work out fairly stable and around the same every day or does it vary wildly depending on how you feel on the day.

How do I see the total fiber consumed
When entering foods into my food diary, at the bottom it shows calories/fat/sat fat/carbs/ sodium / protein. How can I see how much fiber was consumed that day as well? I would also like to be able to see how much potassium and phosphorus were consumed that day as well. Thank You

Create 'Foods' from 'My Meals'
I like creating own meals. Lets say chicken schnitzel. When i log in for dinner, every little ingredient is listed (chicken, flour, greek yoghurt, panko crumbs, parmesan cheese, spray oil) which is fair. But if I can just list 'My Chicken Schnitzel' my dairy wont be so cluttered! Sure I have created a 'Food' from my recipe…

Volume Eaters Thread
I have recently come to the conclusion that volume eating is best suited for me. Eating mainly vegetarian means I can eat copious amounts of food and stay in my calorie goal. Are there others out there who do the same? Let's exchange ideas. Here is what I ate today: Breakfast, large shake with 2 cups spinach, almond milk,…
