I like to brown the meat with some middle eastern spices (garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, cinnamon, etc.) and serve in a pita with hummus and feta.

my guess is that one (or more?) of your individual entries doesn't add up exactly, either, causing the grand total to be off. sometimes several can be off due to rounding, and then the grand total at the bottom looks more skewed. in my experience, the total calories listed is often slightly more than what the actual…

I'm not sure I understand "natural ingredients" or how they are beneficial. I use jif brand peanut butter powder because I think it was the cheapest per ounce at the store. and its only ingredient is peanuts: I use it every single day with crushed oreos in my morning yogurt. yummmo!!

I've always thought of shrugs as a bro-move, but reading this thread is quite interesting... lately, I've felt strain in my trap for a few days after lifting, and I had decided that it was due to my bench press. I'm the same way, I eat/drink dairy for practically every meal, but whey protein definitely does not agree with me. I planned on trying other, non-whey-based proteins, but I just haven't gotten around to it. good luck, I hope you find something that works for you!
