Ground Beef Recipes

Hi!
I'm looking for some help for dinner tonight.
Just putting out some feelers.

Last night I used half the meat log to make Taco Pie and tonight I need to use the other half.
I want something different then Tacos and Pasta dishes.

Wondering if anyone has any ideas?
So far I have come up with meatballs in sauce (with a salad) or Meatloaf.

lol no it is not bad.
I'm just wanting ideas for a new flavour pattern I guess you could call it.
As I already did Taco seasoning last night. Want to change it up.

Have you tried cottage pie? Or add some curry flavors and make samosas ?

Samosas would for sure be interesting and I love them.

bolognese sauce over pasta or vegetables or a baked potato
lasagna
meat loaf

zucchini or eggplant boats
beef and potato hash topped with eggs

I like to brown the meat with some middle eastern spices (garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, cinnamon, etc.) and serve in a pita with hummus and feta.

The meat, 2 cans of beans, a can of tomato sauce, a can of diced tomatoes, and chili seasoning.

I like these choices. You may also add chili with beans or chili soup and Sheppard pie.
