Thanks everyone!

No movement, or even an acknowledgement, of the support case I filed on 4/8/2018 (3 days ago). They are probably overwhelmed with support cases from the data breach. Considering it told me to change my password (which I did before they even said to), and that locked me out of new sign-ins for several days.

I submitted a trouble ticket on this just the other day. When it syncs the exercise, it then adjusts a HUGE number off. Give it 30-60 min, and it will correct itself. I'm supposed to get 1520/day (before exercise). I did a workout for 144 calories. Then it showed: MFP iOS Calories burned: 2369 MFP Calories burned: 2399 MFP…

I washed my One in the little pockets of my jeans a while ago. Didn't even find it until it was making noise in the dyer. No issues! Then I washed it again about a year later...dead! It would work when plugged in, but died immediately when unplugged. Luckily, Fitbit tech support was AMAZING and replaced it for free.…

As posted in this thread earlier, MFP is aware of the issue and working on it. Disconnecting/relinking probably just slows down the servers. More info here: http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/2788254-fitbit-steps-not-syncing-as-of-4-15

Didn't see any pictures of guys, so I thought I'd contribute. Just logging in MFP and walking with Fitbit. My last pic in the collage is almost a year old, but my profile pic is from August 2015. I stayed at that weight for a year, now I am back on to lose another 25-30 pounds.

Ah....so you have 500ml of tea and whole milk combined? That makes MUCH more sense. I read it like others, and thought you have some amount of tea, and were adding 500ml of whole milk! As others mentioned, track is separately. If you are doing 10% milk/90% tea, that would be 50ml of whole milk, that would be 31 calories…

Same here....stuck!

I'm getting my first delivery from Blue Apron tonight! Here is the cost breakdown, per week: 3 meals for 2 people = $59.94 ($9.99/person/meal) 2 meals for 4 people = $69.92 ($8.74/person/meal)

For me, my Apple Watch is horrible at counting calories for walks, runs, and such. I use a HRM with Endomondo to track my more strenuous outtings, as well as a Fitbit One for day-to-day stuff. Just recently, for an excursion, Endomondo and Fitbit calculated 650 calories (well, one was 648, the other 651). The Apple Watch?…

Day to day, even week to week, you won't always see a drop in weight. Water weight can fluctuate. Log everything, and you should see a decline over time. Patience is key. Over time, if you are not losing weight, or just maintaining, then it might be that MFP estimates are too high, and you'd need to compare to other…

I have a variety of different foods, portioned out, and some frozen. Then I can just reheat them. I've found that I used to just eat whatever was on the plate. If I have less food, I stop when my plate is empty, and I'm actually full. When going out, I'll often get a to-go box immediately and put some away.

Bumping 13 minutes after posting? Hmm.

I agree with everything said here! I'm on a 1,000/day deficit (2lb/week). It can be tough, but achievable. Personally, nothing for me is really off-limits, I just fit it into the daily budget. And some days I don't make it, but I usually do. I look at it this way: 1) If I hit my calorie goal for the day, great! 2) If not,…

Not that I know of, other than signing in and out of the app. You could use the app to record one person, and the website to record the other.

I've lost 44.8 pounds, with about 30 to go. You can do it!

Good luck and welcome!

Mine always gets slow after about 5 PM Pacific time (8 PM Eastern). I am guessing the uptick in people logging onto both sites, syncing trackers, etc. slows things down.

Mine isn't complete without a childhood favorite called "Spoonbread" (essentially corn casserole).
