Ok today I had a reality check. My employee took a picture of me & wow ... I am not where I would like to be! Am I in denial when I look in the mirror or what.. Lol instead of feeling bad about it.. I'm going to do something about it!!!!
Lose 40 pounds before I turn 40 this year!:)

    A picture like that was the catalyst for my joining this site as well. I knew i had gained weight but I had no clue what it really looked like! Good luck!

    Same thing here. It's funny when I looked in the mirror I knew I had gotten bigger but you don't see it. When I looked at the pictures it was a shock. Is that really what I look like? How did I let myself get to that point? It eye opening and s great catalyst for change..

    Like the old saying "A picture's worth a thousand words". I had no idea how big I really looked until I went through our vacation pictures. There was a photo of me from behind ( and what a behind it was). It really has to go.
