New to MFP, Not New to Counting

Many years ago, I found success with WW and was about 20lbs les than I am today. Since then, I've gotten healthier in some ways but I have also felt the clothes get tighter. WW just doesn't work for my life anymore and I think MFP looks like a tool that is far more helpful to making lasting changes for my body and health.

I have never been part of any community when working on my health. I've always tried to do everything alone and privately and that never worked out very well...I've actually found it DOES take a village! So, I'm here and saying hello!
