Gatorade still comes as a powder, at least in Canada. It's in the same grocery store aisle as the powdered Kool Aid.

Eating less can mean putting a scoop and a half of rice on your plate instead of two scoops (an easy example, not singling out carbs specifically). No calorie counting or label reading required. There are multiple paths to the same destination.

Aphids nearly killed the plant, so I harvested these off the crispy areas. It has since put out new growth from the base that's starting to flower. And I made my latest batch of breakfast muffins with a mixture of black kale, Swiss chard & butter lettuce in place of the spinach the recipe calls for. All from the garden 😋

Macros in that I have gram minimums in my head for protein & fats that I shoot for every day. And Mediterranean-ish. As much as one can be with allergies to legumes, nightshades & citrus. When people ask what I'm allergic to I tend to just say "food." 😭😭
