Good job! It's great that you were able to rationalize with yourself; I'm still in the negative self- talk phase, but it is working for me right now. Consider every moment you choose not to give in as a success :)

April 6th Me: 3 The Binge: 3 Days Binge free: 3 Wow, great job Kourtney! 50 days binge free is quite the achiement :) Yesterday was a victory for me. I'm staying with my grandparents right now; literally every single one of my trigger foods is in their house. Supper consisted of two of my biggest trigger foods. After…

I'm new here. Thanks for creating this challenge Mollie, and to everyone who participated in the March challenge, awesome job! (I just took a peek at that thread) April 3rd Me: 0 The Binge: 3 I was going to give a point to myself for today. Then I realised the last binge did not end until 2 o'clock this morning... :/

Dancing accounts for most of my exercise too. On average I have 20 hours of ballet classes per week. It really is a great form of exercise because it builds cardiovascular and muscular endurance, not to mention that it's super enjoyable as well! I've had some people ask me what exercises I do at the gym or what sports I do…

Ok thanks!

I can edit the spreadsheet on my laptop, but not on my iPhone. Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm 5'7" and am 130 right now. I used to always be around 110 (I have a really small frame, 4.5 inch wrists!) but due to bad eating habits over the past 8 months I got up to 140. I'm hoping to get back to 110 again, I've been avoiding sweets and adding 30 minutes of cardio each day.

I was having a huge chocolate craving so when everyone was asleep I grabbed a package of instant jello chocolate pudding, mixed it up in a big glass bowl, poured half a box of oreo cookie crumbs on top, and ate the entire thing. Ugh, I will never do anything like that again.

1) I like my hair, it's naturally curly and auburn (I've never dyed it in my life) 2) I like my eyebrows, they're nicely arched and I don't have to pluck them very much 3) I like my eyes, they are really dark brown. When I was born my mom said my eyes were so dark it looked I just had giant pupils!

Like others have mentioned, I would suggest to stop buying junk food. Eventually you should treat yourself 1-2 times per week with one serving junk food. I found that when I first cut back on sweets I had to avoid them completely for a month before I could treat myself once in a while without feeling the urge to binge.…

Since cravings are not physical hunger, you have to be able to overcome them psychologically. I used to have (and sometimes still do have) extreme sugar cravings, but the following blog has really helped me to understand what cravings really are and how to dismiss them: http://www.beckdietsolution.com/diet-solution-blog/…

I used to be addicted to sugar too. I wouldn't suggest cutting out all sugar entirely, but I would cut out refined sugars found in sweets, desserts, sodas, ketchup, dried fruit, and sugary cereals. Also watch out for flavoured yogurt; one day I happened to check the nutrition facts on activia vanilla yogurt and was super…

This is a speech by Eric Thomas; it always helps me when I'm in a rut and I hope it will help you too: "If you think it’s going to be easy, If you think you’re just going to get that business started without any trials or tribulations, forget about it! Don’t even try to be successful, it’s a wrap! It’s not going to be…

For today my goal is to drink more water. Carrying my water bottle to ballet class and school as well as keeping it on my desk in my room usually helps. I haven't eaten any sweets since joining this group last week so I want to keep that up as well. A craving goes away when you decide to give in OR decide to definitely not…

This morning the cafeteria where I eat breakfast made banana chocolate chips muffins and I avoided them and had oatmeal (sans sugar) instead. I also dodged chocolate orange muffins, pumpkins spice muffins, and chocolate mocha muffins last week!

I'm 5'7.5" too and had always been around 110 (I have a very small frame, 4.5 inch wrists!). I have gained some weight and am trying to lose it now. I've lost 3.5 pounds this past week just by adding 30mins of cardio each day to the 20+ hours of ballet I do per week, and eating healthy. Like others have mentioned remember…

Oatmeal with cinnamon and milk (no sugar!) and some grapes. For me, oatmeal is the most filling breakfast.

I want to be able to look at pictures of myself without obsessing over how I look. I want to wear anything while feeling confident and have a costume fitting where the costume doesn't have to be let out for me. Also, I don't want to have to lie about my weight anymore.
