  • Count me in! I am currently doing 21 day fix extreme. I am on week two day two. I have done many of these programs and they are great for me as there are no gyms in the mountains! Never tried T25 though!
  • I totally get it! I had my weekly weigh in today and was up three pound. I was perfect last week and am started my time of the month yesterday so I am sure it's just that. Still makes me crazy. I decided not to weigh my self again for a few weeks so it doesn't ruin my motivation and drive.
  • Hi! I am always put at 1200 calories and that is for a 1 to 1/2 pound loss a week. Scared to read what it would say if I wanted to lose 2 pounds per week. I have about 10 pounds to lose and I am 45. I could never go below 1200 and eat around that (and some exercise calories too) if I need it. Good luck.
  • Just started P90x3 today. I did it once before awhile back. Excited to do it again.

  • You need to take one meal at a time and revel in those successes. Then one day at a time and leave it at that. Small successes add up quickly!
  • 5-4.5 and am shooting for 128-130
  • I am 5 4' 1/2 and 43 years old. I started at 141.5 and am 134 now and have been doing this for over a month. I eat those for sure. I find it super helpful and motivating to get those after a hard workout. I want this weight to stay off and need to make sure I can eat enough to sustain this way of eating. I don't think I…
  • It is a journey! Enjoy it. You are in this for the long hall, not just to get to goal. :)
  • In my opinion, YES you can have a cheat day. This is suppose to be a life change not a diet. I would make it one meal....like dinner and have a good time. Congrats on your success!!
