Fantastic! I plan to do p90x3 after as well or do some sort of hybrid with weights1 -
Speed 2.0 and upper focus done
I also did 15 mins of circuit training and a 2.5 mile walk at the park0 -

I just found this thread as well. I love the beachbody programs. I am doing T25 trying to lose a lot of baby fat. Day 23

Tabata Strength completed. Week 3 almost completed.
How has everyone been doing?1 -
Working through the Insanity recovery week. Weight is still going down (5lbs so far from Day 1) and I'm feeling a little slimmer and so much stronger. Dreading Month 2, I've read horror stories!1

I did 2 days of month 2 and went back to month 1. Forget that mess. I thought I was going to die. Next month I'll try month 2 again.1 -

Getting excited to start P90X3 after and I'm thinking maybe 80 Day Obsession after that.1 -
Started Core de force. Day three today. Like the instructors!1

Great progress. Just keep at it. Shaun T is fantastic at pushing you to your limits but maintain your form1 -

I am doing a mix of Insanity with Stronglifts 5x5 6 to 7 days a week.

I have some nike running shoes.....they do the trick0

I use my running shoes too, though I know they're not ideal as they're only designed for forwards and backwards support, not side to side.2

Third fit test of Insanity completed! Progress from Day 1:
Switch Kicks: 54 to 106
Power Jacks: 32 to 51
Power Knees: 70 to 90
Power Jumps: 23 to 28
Globe Jumps: 5 to 8
Suicide Jumps: 13 to 15
Push-Up Jacks: 12 to 21
Low Plank Obliques: 20 to 25
Feeling exhausted but very pleased! Month 2 starts tomorrow, eeps.3 -
Finally moved & getting settled. Going to start over with T25 Alpha tomorrow and get back into a routine.0
