    Yep! I listen to my body if I’m not ready I don’t push it either
    Well tried to start month 2 and decided that I am not ready for it. Started month 1 over again. Next month I will try month 2 again. Hopefully my strength and endurance will be improved, if not I'll do month 1 three months in a row.

    Yep I have beachbody on demand ($39 for 3 months) I’m doing gamma next! Then on to P 90 x 3!

    Fantastic! I plan to do p90x3 after as well or do some sort of hybrid with weights

    Speed 2.0 and upper focus done

    I also did 15 mins of circuit training and a 2.5 mile walk at the park

    Working through the Insanity recovery week. Weight is still going down (5lbs so far from Day 1) and I'm feeling a little slimmer and so much stronger. Dreading Month 2, I've read horror stories!

    I did 2 days of month 2 and went back to month 1. Forget that mess. I thought I was going to die. Next month I'll try month 2 again.

    Getting excited to start P90X3 after and I'm thinking maybe 80 Day Obsession after that.

    Great progress. Just keep at it. Shaun T is fantastic at pushing you to your limits but maintain your form

    Wow ...almost at the finish line. I am thinking of p90x3 myself but I still have 5 weeks again!
