Working through the Insanity recovery week. Weight is still going down (5lbs so far from Day 1) and I'm feeling a little slimmer and so much stronger. Dreading Month 2, I've read horror stories!

I did 2 days of month 2 and went back to month 1. Forget that mess. I thought I was going to die. Next month I'll try month 2 again.

Yep, horror stories like that! Ah well, going back to month 1 is always an option for me too. I'll see how I handle it next week!

Great progress. Just keep at it. Shaun T is fantastic at pushing you to your limits but maintain your form

Shaun T is amazing! If I can handle month 2 I might try another one of his programs next.

Do you do both on one day or alternate?

I use my running shoes too, though I know they're not ideal as they're only designed for forwards and backwards support, not side to side.

Fantastic progress. You should be proud! Are you excited for month 2?

Yesterday I did month 2 cardio conditioning, I was pleasantly surprised to know I was able to keep up with a longer workout since I have been doing max 30 workouts. Of course my legs were dead after that session. Lol

Thanks Whey! I'm half excited for Month 2, and half anxious! I'm expecting to have to modify some things.
Nice job on the Cardio Conditioning, I think it's a feat in itself to make it through those hour long challenging workouts!

Starting gamma today! Definitely the longest I’ve committed to a program 10 weeks down 4 to go! Then bring on P90x3!

First Day of Insanity Month 2, Max Interval Circuit. 1 hour of brutality. I had to take so many pauses but looking forward to seeing the progress in 4 weeks time!

Max interval plyo. Stupidly pushed play despite the pulled muscle in my neck/shoulder, and had to stop 10 minutes early due to the pain. Hoping I haven't just messed up my entire week.
