Honestly, my eating habits kind of suck or stray away from the "traditional" plans. I usually find something I like and stick with the same thing for a week or two. For instance. Yes there is excess skin but I only notice it really in the mirror when I have my shirt off. I'd much rather have excess skin though than all the fat I had and just all of the health issues that come with being that big. Don't let him use it as an excuse. He can always take it off more slowly, lift more weights or...have…

Good job man! I started my journey back in September too. Down 122 pounds. Started at 360 and am now at 238 as of this morning. I would love to try and get below 200 but I'm not sure if that's a realistic goal for me. Good luck!

Good luck! I'm down 114 in 9 months. I'm 6'3 and started at 360 and am currently at 246. I don't know what my final goal weight is, my next goal is 230 and hopefully I can reach that some time this summer. Would be awesome to get under 200 but i'm not sure how likely that is.

I think I'm being pretty consistent month-to-month, however each month life brings a new challenge, weather it's the holiday, going on vacation to Vegas or having to celebrate 6 family birthdays in a month. 1. Some weeks are better than others. Some weeks I'll lose 5-7 pounds, other weeks I'll only lose 1 or 2. Last week I lost 8 and I'm on track to lose only about 1 or 2 this week. 2. No rest days. I'm not sure of the exact amount of calories I've eaten. I didn't want to dwell on every calorie I ate. I'm guessing somewhere between 1500-2000. Each day was different.
