    215 vs 190.... still have 30 lbs to go for goal weight but you can already see a difference!

    I think I lost mine in my feet first. Lol. The absolute last place I care about!! I don't think there is an ounce of fat left on my feet!!

    Me too lol. I keep tightening the laces on my runners and other shoes are loose.

    i got on this path around Memorial Day weekend, and I've done OK...but I still have a long way to go.

    i'm sure losing the ponytail has helped - maybe more than the lifestyle change. but then again, ditching a ponytail kinda IS a lifestyle change. :)
