  • It sounds to me like maybe you have a chemical imbalance, which can be easily controlled with food and or possibly medication, even though medication is not always the best. Go talk to your doctor, maybe something like biofeedback may help too. Take care of yourself. :smile:
  • Same here. I have gained the 4 I had lost and then 3 more. Now I have to be REALLY focused. I want to lose at least 2 pounds a week for the next 5-6 weeks, because I will be seeing my honey who is in the military, and I dont want to be bigger than when he saw me last. :wink:

  • No, you should be just fine. Yes, a person can drink too much water and deplete his/her electrolytes but this usually only happens if you drink an excessive amount, like 2 gallons a day.
