Just stay focused (easier said than done I know) and take it one day at a time. Be consistent with logging your meals and make small changes at first....maybe cut out one pop a day? Feel free to add me.

Shin splints are a catch all phrase for hurting below the knee. Sometimes it can be too much too soon, soft to hard surfaces, etc. Many times it can be your shoes. Go to a good running store and have a gait analysis done and then get the correct pair of shoes. I work for such a store in Canada and that is what we do. You…
