  • I love my Garmin. I tested swimming with it and sure enough- still working like a charm. I only wear HR when I want to attempt accurate calories burned. I use Run app for gps.
  • Well I hate pushups but still do them because I hate burpees more than pushups. LOL I finally got myself in shape to do a normal pushup and not a "girly pushup" lol. so proud of that. I did body beast yesterday and the workout included a bunch of pushups- so I did over 50 yesterday :)
