Hi!
I have started lifting from today and need lifter friends to keep me motivated. Also I love walking so those with same interests are welcome as friends.

Add me I use a bowflex, recumbent bike and treadmill. We can do this!

I lift- I do body beast and I run or walk depends on my mood0

I just got my bar and plates to start doing Body Pump at home. I also use the treadmill and elliptical at the gym and walk outdoors when the weather is good.0

Feel free to add me. I lift about 3x/week, do trail running on weekends or occasional hiking, and just started Krav maga 3-4x/week. I'm much more interested in my fitness level and physical performance at this point than hitting an arbitrary number on a scale.0

Not a lifter, but I put my toddler in his carrier and take him and the dog on an hour long hike almost every day. Counts as walking, right?0

I walk daily for 45 min and make sure I get 10k steps a day plus 25+ squats.0
