I just like to eat all the time, lol, and I also have a sweet tooth. I eat a vegan, mostly whole food diet so I feel like I'm fueling my body with the right stuff, but sticking to calorie goals is always the most difficult part of my weightloss journey.

1 serving of oats, 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/2 c frozen fruit, 1 c vanilla almond or soymilk, cinnamon, clove, and turmeric to taste (occasionally throw in a few raisins). Heat it in the micro for about 4-5 mins. Best, most filling breakfast. Especially love it on a cold morning!

I lowered my chloresterol over the last 4 months by going plant based, no dairy, or meat. It worked and I feel great. If your looking for some literature on a plant bsed diet, I recommend reading The China Study by Colin Campbell and How Not to Die by Dr. Michael Greger. Take Care!
