Vegan meal plans

Hi all,
I’m really struggling with vegan meal plans that don’t overdo carbs and that meet my protein goals.
Can anyone recommend any websites with good recipes? I want a balanced diet so don’t want just protein and no fat/carbs. I don’t want to live off just salad either!

I get a bunch of recipes from Pinterest. What I usually do is pre-log my planned meals the day before so I can see where my protein and fat are and then I can make adjustments. You don't ever have to eat a salad unless you want to.2

I'm not vegan, but lived for 3 years in vegetarian yoga communities, and ate a lot of vegan meals. If I were to switch to vegan, I would employ many recipes from cultures that have a tradition of vegan foods, like Indian. I would not emphasize fake dairy and meat, as I don't personally care for that. YMMV.2 -

Do I use it? No. I don't like structure, not much at all. I do this:

But I'm vegetarian, not vegan; and that approach won't help you with recipes at all - it assumes you know what you like. (I only mention it because I like marketing it. ).

I typically do a lot of whole foods. I like to keep it simple. Mainly veggie bowls with varying types of beans. I'll occasionally make a soup or chili, or roast a bunch of veggies in the oven. I'm currently on an oatmeal kick, I just cant get enough lol. I also found that I really love salads. They are easy to prep and I end up craving them. My main protein source is beans, but I'll occasionally do some tempeh or tofu.
If I'm feeling ambitious in the kitchen, I'll look on pinterest or through youtube videos for vegan recipes. Some of my favorite youtube people to follow are: the jaroudi family, krocks in the kitchen, high carb hannah, Caitlin Shoemaker, and Jill Mckeever. There are a lot out there. I just discovered a cheese sauce made of oats and nutritional yeast that was pretty awesome. Good luck with your search!3 -

That book has no reviews and the item description is very vague. Would you mind sharing some more details about the type of plan it is?3 -
budgetbytes.com --> Lots of recipes, and she sells monthly meal plans for $12 ($9 if you catch a sale). You can assemble a plan from the recipes yourself, but hers has the advantage of giving you a weekly shopping list, and it's all organized such that you use up any leftover ingredients. I've so far done the one-pot and vegetarian plans. They've paid for themselves in the form of groceries not wasted and a freezer full of ready meals.2

There are a bunch of vegan plans if you want to pay for them (I would recommend the eatthismuch site Ann mentioned as it's free and you can set macros and calories, and I think it comes with a shopping list too). A couple of the vegan plans are Rich Roll's and Forks Over Knives, and I believe they have shopping lists. They just are anti the calorie approach so won't really help with focusing on cals or macros.
Like Ann, I couldn't deal with a meal plan created by someone else or too much detailed structure. If you have some of the same issues, I would recommend maybe feeding your macros and cals into ETM and seeing some of the meal ideas it has. Some of the pay services may have a trial run so you can see meal ideas too.
There are some YouTubers who are pro fat and protein but vegan also -- CrazyHealthyCool, PickUpLimes, and avantgardevegan make healthy and tasty looking food a lot of the time if you just want some ideas to broaden your options. (There are others, although a lot of YouTuber vegans I would definitely not recommend also.)

Its not exactly a plan but caitlin shoemaker on youtube has sooooooo many vegan recipes and a wide variety, she has videos that are specifically for high protein meals0
