My breakfast is the same every day. Toast with one egg, one slice deli ham, one slice of processed cheese. Comes to about 350 cal and keeps me full all morning.

Eggs. Filling, easy and yummy. I'm really hoping I don't develop an allergy like my mom, it'd make dieting a whole lot harder. Other repeats are beans (typically canned low-sodium black beans), frozen veggies like broccoli or peas, virgin coconut oil and cheese.

Most likely my Lean Cuisine and side salad lunches. Lately I've switched to oatmeal, banana, and Greek yogurt breakfasts instead of my usual chicken/hummus/baby spinach/avocado wraps but I've been trying to conserve day calories for what I know I'm going to spend on nights/weekends (thanks to the holidays).

Tried tea but that gave me anemia,
Tried coffee but that wore me out,
Tried gum, water... These are not foods, but crutches for momentary compulsive eating (stress relief). This thread is very inspiring ! I'll try bigger, more normalement meals, and try to reduce stress eating (2018 resolutions ;) )
