I would accept that challenge :D

Wow!! Great job!!
-
Best of luck to you, you can do anything you set your mind to. Enjoy the journey!!

My only problem with inline skating is that I grew up on old school skates with the brake on the toe and I can never find that damn heel break on inlines when I need it.

I don't know why these things post sideways from my phone and I don't get why we can't edit our own post's to fix it. :#

Starting to see a little bit of muscle definition and getting a little leaner. I've been eating at maintenance for the past two months and hitting heavy weights 3 days a week.
-
Really, anything you like as long as it fits into your daily calorie limit. By the way, Taco Bell will make anything any way you want it. You can substitute beans for meat, ask for no cheese etc.

I haven't read through all the comments but just find an activity that you enjoy doing and stick with it, even if it's just walking. Eat at a calorie deficit and you'll lose weight. By the way, excercise isn't needed for weight loss, but it does allow you to eat more calories and makes you healthier.

I'm down 52 pounds and I've got 20 to 25 more to lose and it's coming off very slowly now.
-
6' 2" and a 1/4" :D
-
Great job!!!!!!
-
I agree, it's in a bad spot. I hit it all the time trying to go to a different forum or I just forget which one to press
-
I no longer care about impressing anyone, just did it for health reasons and I didn't like what I saw in the mirror
-
Damn!!! You go girl!! :D Congratulations!!!!
-
Me either, I've never heard anyone say that was a goal.
-
Don't sweat it, just get back on track and don't worry about completely eliminating the sweets that you crave just find a way to fit them into your calorie allotment once in a while.
-
Congratulations on taking control of your life. Yes, I think your Doctor is going on old myths. You will be amazed at what getting that weight off of you will do for your health. No need to do exercise that hurts just monitor your calories and you will see results
-
If I'm asking the questions, I want brutal honesty. If I didn't ask for your opinion then keep your @$$&@ thoughts to yourself
-
It just depends on what works for you. Physcologically, seeing my intake go into the red doesn't work for me so I don't log it but I know about it and i make sure to get back on track the next day. For some people seeing it in the red is motivation to not slip up. Just do what works for you.
-
^^^^^ Yep, don't use it on carpet. You'll get much more accurate readings on a hard level surface
-
Everyone has to start somewhere. Don't be discouraged, keep at it and you will see progress and that will keep you motivated.
-
Umm, I don't think so :D
-
Just the ability and database to track my calories made all the difference for me.
-
I check my weight twice a day, when I get up and just before bed but I only log on the 1st of the month. I'm the type that likes to see a nice linear graph (it keeps me motivated) instead of the up and down fluctuations. I have figured out that what ever I weigh at night, I'll be three pounds less in the morning
-
Agreed, you are doing great!!! You just need to slow your expectations. It takes time if you do it right.
-
That's the worst thing I've ever read. Please don't walk, run away from this guy.
-
Great job!!! Congratulations!!!
-
First off, Congratulations for taking control of your life, second, never ever go back to that pitiful excuse of a husband. You don't need that kind of abuse in your life. Friend request sent.

You've come to the right place. Just read some of the success stories on here. You can do anything you put your mind to.
