A little bit more fat loss and definition now. Still real slow but steady results. I'm focusing more on strength training now and eating enough calories to still lose a 1/2 pound a week.

47 1/2 :D 6'2" Started at 272 Goal is 195-205 Currently 220 Stick with the tools and resources available here and monitor you CICO. Excercise even if its just getting up and walking.

Find something you enjoy doing to take your mind off of everything that is weighing you down. Get active and find friends that you enjoy doing things with. It sounds like you are fixating on all of the negative things in your life which can be overwhelming for anyone. You'll find plenty of wisdom and support here so…

I agree, just about everything in the Chit-Chat, fun and games forum which seems to have the most active discussions is nothing more than members flirting with other members. I try to stick to reading the success stories and motivation threads. I wouldnt personally cheat on my wife but if i was a cheating husband, I sure…

If a man truly loves you, then it doesn't matter if you put on a little extra weight or not so do not take the blame for this. Accept it for what it is and if he wants to go then let him go. Sounds like you can do much better.

I'm 47 years old so listen to me when I tell you, men are dogs!! :D If you make the first move, he will show interest whether he's truly interested or not. It's best to throw out some subtle signs (Not hints, we don't understand hints) that you like him and let him make the first move.

I used to run and enjoyed it but as I've gotten older I've developed severe issues with my knees (arthritis and loss of cartilage) so now I walk as my main form of cardio.
