If those don't work try looking around the bet for ways to boost metabolism, maybe it just needs a lil push. Might help, might not but i think its worth 5 minutes or so googling. :)
-
I guess, it could be something like that too. A friend of mine did overtraining tho and that caused him to lose some muscle mass. I think that's why my mind jumped to that.
-
Either you are having too much exercise and too little protein, or you need more calories because of the exercise. You need rest days :)
-
The 8 8oz is a bit outdated I think. Contrary to popular belief there is such a thing as too much water. For me I drink around 48oz of water the rest I get from milk and food. I think the bare minimum should be around 3-4 glasses tho.

You can do it many people have lost more than hundreds of pounds already :)
-
Sent you a request smith look fer it on your friends tab
-
But yeah I think there's something wrong with it.
-
Maybe you lost some water weight.
-
Lose 60+ pounds, go to the gym, study more, try not to be so much of a know-it-all

Yep Sorry bout that I was all over the place. I posted one about dopamine and tried to continue but i forgot to quote. But yep end of story haha.

I might have phrased my sentence badly tho. The 2nd sentence refers to sweets sorry. Am basing my data on nutrition classes, health and some psych classes I've had.

I Said comforted not addicted to ice cream  please read it well. Hehe.

Are you sure you weighed everything? Did you eat back the calories you burned off? The exercise calories aren't exactly accurate they could be off by 25-50%. Did you eat alot of salty foods? Erm... Any hormonal changes like pregnancy or periods? Stress? These could be the factors.
-
This is one of the reasons why you seem to get comforted by eating ice cream or why people don't get tired of it. Also like any addiction eventually you will want more... Unless you have high selfcontrol then it will impact your lifestyle.

Sweets among any other food gives the most dopamine rush, this is the pleasure mechanism of the brain. You get it from doing pleasurable things like winning in a sport, sex, drugs and ofcourse food. Like anything relating to dopamine it can get addictive. It might not be noticeable but it is.

Elphie please do your research before you post this things a simple googling of age and diabetes will show you how wrong you are. I might not be a doctor yet but I'm pretty sure they told me in class that yes age is a factor in diabetes and heart diseases. Not starting anything but do you have sources?
-
I didn't say he'll magically get it as you put it just said he is mpre vulnerable to it.

You want the High density cholesterol, which can help with the heart. If you have heart problems this is the one you want instead of the Low density cholesterol that can be found in greasy and fatty processed foods. I disagree that you shouldn't worry about these things as I believe that you should watch things like this…
-
Cholesterol is vital to the body, it does alot of function such as biosynthesis of vitamin D and maintaining the cell's integrity. It's the excess thats the problem. And there is also types of cholesterol that can cause problems like blocking out your veins. I'd suggest you research the foods that give you good cholesterol…

If you are buying a scale I recommend you buy the digital ones. I've seen them range around 10-30$ a piece. You don't need anything fancy just a good ol' accurate one to see you through. Why digital? Less errors that way because the diy manual ones can have errors ranging from reading it wrong to faulty springs ( happened…

Did you consider perhaps you are gaining muscle mass?
-
If you really can't portion it out appropriately you can do exercises early in the day to give you some allowance for snacking at night :) remember though that the calories burned are just approximates so maybe eat only 50%-70% of what you burn.
-
It's actually better to eat when you're hungry as for me it's less likely that i will binge. You just need to watch the calories mind you haha.
-
That's actually a very good point.

Yes, usually people lose that pound per week not per day. You don't have to worry just yet. :) if you haven't lost weight in a week or so maybe.
