Whatever you do, don't quit. Get back into exercising and you should see a difference. That's what I did. I had somewhat of the same issue you are in and when I got back into working out I felt back on track again.

"You miss 100% of the shots you don't take."

This is 110% truth. If you put in max effort you will get max results :)

What about like dancing? Like Zumba or Hip Hop. It is exercise but doesnt really seem like it.

Eat healthy foods that you enjoy eating and find a workout program/exercise that you enjoy doing. :) I also reward myself after weight milestones. The more weight I lose, the better the reward :)

I love my fitbit charge. I have had it since christmas and it keeps me motivated to keep being active!

Great job! I love p90x! I'm also doing PiYo which is also totally awesome. Keep up the great work!

There is alot of different beachbody programs that are available and depending on your interests can help narrow down which program is best for you. I personally do PiYo and its great for sculpting and working all the different muscles in your body. :) If you have any questions regarding any of them I'd be happy to answer…

Thanks everyone for all your different insights!! :)
