Help..I need some motivation..

So, I'm new to all this but I do like it! any suggestions to stay motivated?

    Eat healthy foods that you enjoy eating and find a workout program/exercise that you enjoy doing. :) I also reward myself after weight milestones. The more weight I lose, the better the reward :)
