  • That's weird. I haven't had any problems with it at all. I log my food into MFP and the numbers show up in the fitbit app while the fitbit tracks all cals burned in exercise and that shows up in MFP. I love it, I hope you guys can figure out the problem soon.

  • I'm on a baseline of 16:8 seven days a week since Dec 3 and have lost 14 lbs so far. I've done three 24 hr fasts in that period because my appetite is so under control sometimes lol. IF is awesome!

  • I've been on keto since this January and have lost 47 pounds so far. We bake pepperoni in the oven on a cookie sheet. 375 for 10 minutes. They come out nice and crispy for a crunchy snack. KCKO! MFP gives me 1905 calories and I try to keep net carbs at 20 or less a day.
