OMAD - fair presentation of pros and cons

I like this brief video presentation of the pros and cons of OMAD. I practice IF with an average feeding window of 5 hours. I’ve had some OMAD days that I believe, for me, have the greatest benefit on very busy work and life days. I like it for what the author describes as an intermittent approach.
These are all tools and strategies in our fitness, health and wellness toolbox and not meant to be all or nothing must-do practices.

His approach seems fairly reasonable. The autophagy is mainly buzzword these days. And really any caloric restriction will accomplish it.1

Autophagy is a hot topic lately and it goes hand in hand with IF. So you not only lose weight you renew your cells at the same time!
