My wife was the same way baking my favorite cookies or fry something for dinner. It didn't stop until I started throwing a freshly cooked dinner or bags of junk food and soda right into the garbage! Now she just hides it or doesn't bring it home. And i now cook dinner every night and 6 months ago I started doing fitbit it…

Stretching is great to stop soreness before it starts but if it's already sore in a cup mix frozen fruit, protein mix and milk or water it will reduce the soreness time by half
-
It matters what you want bulk up muscles or to be lean. fewer reps and more weight for muscle and to be lean less weight more reps but if you do reps all day long you will start to bulk up those muscles.

Thank you sounds great can't wait to try it

I love them too!! My favorites are in a shepherds pie or meatless like to call it farmers pie, mushroom soup, mushrooms ravioli(making today) and in a veggi couscous. Farmers pie is so easy I always make it saves well too

I love meat but my creamy kale spaghetti squash is my favorite. It's actually a hungry girl recipe but she puts chicken in it, sometimes substitute with shrimp or just meatless either way it's awesome I eat it almost every week
-
It is delicious but i cut bacín on my meat intake not because some dumb animal its because nutrition meat per calorie meat is very low in nutrients compared to fruits and vegetables

My favorite is a mock vanilla ice cream put 3 freezen bananas in a food proceeser with a 1tsp of vanilla extract or so and a pinch of cinnamon and blend until smooth. ** if texture is not right add some fresh banana until you get it right rum won't hurt either lol
