ptomom96 you can do this!!! Just remember that this is a lifestyle change. Don't restrict yourself from the foods you desire. Try your best to stay in your calorie allotment for each day and eat what you like. If you restrict yourself to much it just leads to frustration and failure. You can do this!!!

I broke down yesterday and bought me a food scale. I was not in a plateau but I was surprised that I was actually eating less than I thought. Hope this is a good sign that I will hit my goal in the next few week.

I am still on my quest for this 10 lbs to lose. I didn't post on Monday so I am posting today. I weigh 164.5 lbs with a goal of 160 lbs. Not too much further to go. I know I can make it. Slow and steady wins the race.

I know what you mean. If I am off of work then I want to eat the house and all that is in it. It really is a mind over matter type deal. Just try to stay busy and enjoy your meals you eat more slowly to make them last longer. I know easier aid than done but you can do this.

I know this is why I don't post a lot on here. Can't ask a simple question without the crazy comments you get about being dumb and google it. I know how to google. Just making conversation with people who have maybe experienced the same thing. Thanks for the smart comment though. I needed some smarts in my life apparently.

I guess I asked this question because I drink diet cokes. I know I hear they are bad but I love them and I can't stop. Anyway, I drank water this past week and watched what I eat which I do every week but this week I lost 2.5 lbs compared to the previous weeks where I would lose maybe a pound or less. Just wanted some info…

I have been going at this for 111 days right now. I am eating abut 1700 a day and walking about 10000 steps a day. Not doing any lifting or anything other than walking.

I will post my Monday. I didn't lose any weight this week. Still have the same 10 lbs that I had last week. CW 170. GW 160. Will try to buckle down this week. Had to many bad days last week.

I will contact customer support and that is why I thought it was defaulted at 1500 but when it went below today i thought well that is why my weight loss has slowed because I was eating sometimes over 1500 with my exercise calories.

Feel free to add me. I need the support. I am glad to help anyone on their journey with support and motivation. I am down 25 lbs as of today and tomorrow I am on my 100 day streak. I was on here a few years back and lost 80 lbs and got down to 160 and I am trying to return to that number. CW is 170.

I haven't eaten alot today because I know I am going to Waffle House tonight with my little boy and we are going to eat some really good stick to the ribs food. It also now fits into my daily calories as I have already logged it. HA HA

I got noticed yesterday. I went to the donut shop. Yes my little boy loves them. The lady said you have lost some weight right? Then she went on to say that she wasn't hitting on me. I told her good thing because my wife and little boy were in the back seat. HA HA

I got my comments the other day. Almost exactly 12 weeks since I started. "Are you trying to lose weight?" I am glad I finally got the comment because I was starting to think maybe my scale is wrong and I am not losing. HA HA

I have mine set at 2 lbs per week but when i weighed 240 lbs my calorie intake was higher. As I lost weight it adjusted the amount of calories I could have. Not sure what yours is set to but it should adjust for you as you lose. 1200 seems low to me but i am male so maybe this is why.

I have 12 more pounds to go and my goal is to be at 160 lbs by May 9th. I hope it is doable but not stressed if I don't make it. I still have my MFP set at 2 lbs loss per week.

One thing I can say is try not to stress over everything you eat. Put all your stats into MFP and just try your best to measure and weigh all your food. You will have some bad days and then some good days but just keep plugging along and you will see results. Just stay the course and good luck on your journey.

I am 5' 10" weigh currently 173.5 with a goal weight of 160 lbs. I am lightly active and that is what I have it set on and now on a regular basis I get 10000 steps a day. I want to maintain at 160.

So let me ask. So you are saying that I will have to eat 2500 calories a day to maintain once I lose my other 13.5 lbs I have to lose?

Everyone is different. It all depends on CICO as we get told everyday. I have 13.5 lbs left to lose. I had 35 lbs total I wanted to lose. I still have mine set to 2 lbs a week and I get 1500 calories a day. It depends on your personal needs for food. Some.people need more food because of the exercise they put in. Some…

I lost 3.5 lbs from last week. I am very excited about this because now I am officially in the normal stage as far as BMI. Very proud now 13.5 lbs to go till goal.
