I found some trails that I wanted to explore last weekend, but my husband wasn't available (some unsavory things also happen in that park, so I don't want to go alone). Maybe this weekend we'll be able to go. And if not, I may tell my kids that for Mother's Day, I want to go on a hike! :)

Yesterday, I got in over 16,000 steps. I don't know why, I just wanted to walk and walk and walk. I also did my PT and worked my arms. Meditated before bed, but didn't declutter. Yeah, I'm more of a social drinker, myself. I'll have a beer or two at an event with friends, sometimes I get a 6 pack which lasts a week, that sort of thing.
