He does actually say in his book there's a reason he doesn't have the calories on each meal, he doesn't really agree with calorie counting

Ok guys I have a update, do you want to know why my watch was saying I was burning so many calories because I accidentally somehow had my weight set to about 450+ pounds LOL! I think I tried changing it to kg or something and done it wrong!! Atleast I'm glad I've sorted I'm now burning a lot less calories of corse!!! Lol…

It was just a work out on a 7 min work out app and I got it wrong it was 122 not 155 I just think that's a lot of calories to burn in that short amount of time and it was nothing crazy but is called as hit I believe, I know neither are gonna be correct by 100% but I don't know weather to go on my watch as it has all my…
